The Watershed
Creating unique and welcoming social space that prioritized social and environmental issues was an important part of the genesis of The Watershed. Since opening its doors in 2016 these values have deepened with the circulating of free books, delicious cocktails, and many, many conversations among friends, family, and community members.
Growing organically from all these connections, The Watershed is rooted in the idea that a great deal is possible when folks gather and converse in a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere.
Directly next to the historic State Theatre, the beautiful building has stood the test of time with its stunning stone masonry construction, beautiful industrial windows, and mosaic tile and stone foyer.
Perfect for the after-work tête-á-tête, before the show beverages and snacks, as well as the late night work session. Highlights include a full tea list, house-made pickles, a curated list of historic cocktails, and a local-heavy list of beers, wines, and spirits. The Watershed is a place where people of all ages, imbibers and teetotalers, bookworms, and social butterflies can gather and enjoy each other’s company.
